| Backorder PolicyWe are very careful to avoid any backorder situations, however, should an item that you have ordered become out of stock, you will be notified of your options immediately by phone. You will then have an opportunity to choose to leave the order on backorder or cancel the order. If a payment has been made we will review your order with you and allow you to choose the options that best meet your needs. |
| Return PolicyBefore returning any item, you must notify us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy after inspection with quality, materials or workmanship, please fill out an RMA request within 7 days, to have your order returned. A 10% restocking fee will be charged by the manufacturer for all non-defective items. Simply contact us by email or phone to receive the RMA which is valid for 10 days. Once your return is received at the warehouse, we will issue a credit. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. |
